April 11, 2023
Aftermarket supplier also offers Compressor and Alternator mounting kits for refrigerated truck boxes and cargo vans.

CW Mill now offers a new AC kit for the 2023 Mercedes 2.0 Diesel cargo van.

The Sabetha, Kansas-based aftermarket kit manufacturer’s most popular AC kits include its Van kits because customers frequently need to equip specialized vehicles for temperature-controlled transport, allowing them to keep a wide variety of products “cool and moving,” the company said. CW in 2020 introduced an AC kit for the Ford Transit van with 3.5-liter EcoBoost and Non-EcoBoost. “The VFK130SD508-I4 AC kit for the 2020-2023 Ford 3.5-liter van continues to be a very popular kit,” CW added.

CW also manufactures Compressor kits for refrigerated truck boxes and vans, and Alternator kits that provide increased battery charging for vehicles equipped with an increased amount of DC electric-powered accessories. Generator kits are available for vehicles adding AC power capability for items such as electric power tools, or any other AC powered device.

The supplier’s Hydraulic Clutch Pump mounting kits equip vehicles with live hydraulics, providing hydraulic pressure any time the engine is running, regardless of engine RPMs or gear selection, and can be used for a wide array of applications, such as hay bale beds, salt spreaders, snow plows, dump bodies, ground probes, airplane deicers, cranes, wreckers, rollbacks, hydraulic air compressors, tools, and more.

Additionally, the RMK60A-I8 Clutch Pump kit for Ram’s 2500-5500 6.7-lier I6 Cummins Diesel have been a bestseller for four years, CW said. Clutch Pump kits for Ford F-250-F-550, F-600 with 7.3-liter Gas—with and without dual alternators—are available for years 2020-2023.

CW also offers kits for Freightliner, International, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and Peterbilt.

“CW Mill has been manufacturing mounting and drive components for the professional aftermarket industry since 1986, and with new 2023 vehicles still rolling out, we continue to come out with new kits and are always working on new designs,” the company said.
