Leitner Designs releases GateKEEPER for truck-bed security
Leitner Designs has released GateKEEPER, a lockable and folding gate for pickup trucks. When paired with Leitner’s Active Cargo System (ACS) FORGED, GateKEEPER secures the contents of the pickup truck bed behind an aluminum barrier.
“Our customers told us they wanted a way to secure the larger gear in the bed of their pickup the same way they can with GearPODs,” said Leitner Designs Founder and Chief Designer Bernhard Leitner. “We listened. No matter how large your gear is, you can keep it secure with GateKEEPER.”
GateKEEPER’s modular design enables it to be installed on any size of pickup supported in the ACS FORGED lineup. The component is also maintenance free and utilizes friction hinges instead of gas struts. A molle panel design enables owners to secure lightweight gear directly to GateKEEPER. Furthermore, just like all Leitner products, it is designed, engineered, and manufactured right here in the U.S. from U.S.-sourced materials.
