TruckPro, one of the nation’s largest independent distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts headquartered in Memphis TN, recently acquired the assets of Pascale Service Corporation (PSC) in Pawtucket RI.
Since its founding in 1945, PSC has proudly served the greater Providence market with quality service and products for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. PSC, formerly owned by Jim Pascale, is dedicated to customer satisfaction, offering a full array of heavy-duty parts, and truck and trailer repair at its 16-bay facility.

Pascale, who will continue to lead PSC’s day-to-day operations, concurred.
