Chelly Gomez, chief operating officer of Tramec’s commercial vehicle platform, noted that part of what drew Tramec to JWP was its consistent expertise in several manufacturing and service-related areas. With the acquisition, Tramec is also growing its existing U.S.-based manufacturing portfolio and expanding its investment in American-made products, Gomez continued.
“Tramec is honored to welcome the JWP organization to the Tramec family and we are eager to continue the tradition of JWP’s mission to supply high-quality products and services to customers in the tractor-trailer, military, public transportation, and public safety vehicle markets worldwide,” said Mark Holm, chief commercial officer of Tramec.
