Load King recently made its e-commerce platform available to customers in an effort to increase its support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company said parts service and orders now can be placed anywhere internet access is available, including a home office.
“Beginning April 1, 2020, customers who have signed up for the Load King Parts website access and established a credit account will be able to purchase parts online,” said John Lukow, senior vice president for cranes. “The website will allow customers to look up parts by part number or an electronic parts manual by model number.
“Customers can also look up a list of parts by uploading a file.”
For customers with a Load King Parts login, but no credit account, parts information still can be accessed online, and orders can be placed via credit card, by calling 833-727-8755, or requested via email at [email protected].
Rush orders entered by 6:30 pm CST will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery, Load King said.
