Forty-four attendees from 23 distributors across North America went to Council Bluffs, IA, for the first Sales and Service Manager Training on PAL Pro Mechanics Trucks and Palfinger Service Cranes (PSC) with Omaha Standard Palfinger (OSP).

Throughout the Training, attendees met and interacted with Palfinger staff while networking with fellow sales and service representatives from other distributors. The attendees were introduced to a number of available Palfinger tools, including live extranet registration and training. Additionally, valuable knowledge was gained through discussions about new products, technical components and advantages, feedback and hands on testing opportunities.
