Through the SEED program, employees have the opportunity to earn certifications such as the Curry In-House Certificates and the AMPP C-7 and C-12 Certificates, signifying their expertise and proficiency in their fields.
SEED career progression planning is mandatory for all Class I and II employees, with a focus on mapping their training and career progress. Class III employees undergo reviews focused on management and leadership development.
