The Strick Group, consisting of Strick Trailers, Cheetah Chassis and John Evans Manufacturing, today announced several important personnel changes in conjunction with a recently completed organizational realignment.

“In 2007, we made a decision to spin out the separate sales efforts that existed within each company into regional sales groups that we felt could better and more closely represent all our companies with the excellent and diverse customers with whom we find ourselves doing business for our expanded product lines,” said Frank Katz, Group Chairman and CEO.

Leading the sales effort in the Northeast for all the companies in the Group will be Murray Zwickel, who has been with the Strick organization for over 20 years, most recently as Vice President of Sales for Cheetah. Heading up the Southeast effort will be Cameron Evans ,who has been President of John Evans Manufacturing for over 20 years. New to the organization is Jim Sharkey, who will be in charge of the Midwestern effort and who comes to the Strick Group with over 20 years of experience in the trailer industry. All are supported by an electronically linked network of experienced sales and engineering professionals located locally and in each factory and supported by state of the art systems to provide seamless and coordinated customized customer service.

“We find ourselves with customers who are not limited by traditional barriers between types of equipment for whom our common dedication to safety, quality and flexibility in exceeding customer expectations is a desirable attribute,” Katz said. “Under the new arrangement, we can address their needs from all three factories with a local sales team, supported by a rapidly growing network of dealers throughout the USA and Canada. The possibilities for synergies in our new combined sales network are unlimited and we expect to utilize this strength for our future growth around the world.”
