The Load Star DT1000S Series all-steel flatbed has standard options that include a 122" air-ride spread suspension, apitong floor, 12 sliding winches and winch track, 4S/2M WABCO anti-lock braking system, double spools, and 30" KP setting. LED lights, removable rear bumper, a lifetime main beam warranty, Grade 130 Ksi 7/16" top and bottom flanges, and Gorilla mudflaps behind each axle also are included.
This flatbed's all-steel flatbed finish consists of 85% zinc epoxy primer and two-part Champion Premium Urethane coatings over a completely shotblasted trailer to a thickness of 6 mil dry.
