Make precision application a reality with the Hi-Way Xzalt Precision Applicator. Featuring a unique directional spinner, the Xzalt allows operators to broadcast a 70:30 ratio of dry/liquid material precisely on one, two, or three lanes all from the convenience of the cab.
Mixed material delivered produces less bounce and improves road adhesion, virtually eliminating overapplication on roadside shoulders. In addition to the spinner assembly swiveling, the speed of the conveyor and spinner automatically adjusts to apply the spread pattern precisely to the left, center, or right of the spreader.
The Xzalt also allows operators to achieve higher application speeds and maintain longer routes with fewer spreaders.
Other features of the Xzalt include an enclosed chute with adjustable height to fit various trucks, integrated liquid system featuring high-volume tanks, inspection ladder, work clamps, integrated storage legs, and beacon or strobe lights. The maintenance friendly features of the Xzalt also include sealed bearings, a one-piece conveyor belt, galvanized screens, and 304 stainless steel components.
