Cole-Tuve Inc is supplying a line of CNC high-speed hole punching machines for tubes and shapes.
Models are available with one to four punching stations for the top and sides of the tubes and shapes. They are fully automatic with cycle time as little as 1.2 seconds for two holes simultaneously, and punching accuracy of plus or minus 0.01" between the first and last holes on a 10-foot shape. Materials can be individually fed at speeds up to 200 feet per minute or even faster from an optional bundling device.
Machine prices will include assistance by a factory technician to check installation of the machine as done by the buyer, and instructing in its use and operation.
The firm can also supply punching machines with smaller capacities and different features at lower costs.
