US Tarp has been named a Top Workplaces in Michigan by the Detroit Free Press, one of 225 companies who made the list for 2023. The list was announced November 19.
The award is based entirely on the US Tarp employee feedback gathered with the Workplace Survey, administered by the Detroit Free Press several months ago. The Survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any company including collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect.

Earning a Top Workplaces award is “a badge of honor” for companies because it comes “authentically” from their employees, added Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.
