On Jan 27, 2006, Thiele Mfg LLC purchased assets of TYT Holding Inc, formerly known as Thiele Industries Inc. New investment and management has created the opportunity for increased product offerings as well as a renewed focus on design and production technology and an even greater commitment to customer service.

In its 225,000-square-foot Windber PA facility, Thiele has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include dump trailers in steel and aluminum along with offering a complete line of underbody hoists from Class 10 through Class 120 (12 classes in total). The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) approves all hoists manufactured by Thiele.

Thiele recently invested in the HyPerformance Plasma HPR260, a burning table that cuts fine feature parts with superior quality and consistency.
