Parties to Sundance Inc vs Aero Industries Inc, a litigation instituted at Civil Action #97-0627 in the United States District Court for the Western District

Parties to Sundance Inc vs Aero Industries Inc, a litigation instituted at Civil Action #97-0627 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, have settled the case on amicable terms. Sundance had sought a judgment against Aero for infringement of US Patent #s 5,026,109 and 5,080,423, while Aero had asserted the noninfringement and invalidity of those patents.

In exchange for dropping their claims against each other, Sundance and Aero have decided to enter into a license agreement that will permit Aero to sell panelized tarps with its Conestoga line of flatbed truck systems in the United States and Canada.
