Roundo AB has joined a group of family-owned metal fabricating companies in southern Sweden. This will enable the firm to grow exponentially with increased product research and development, quicker delivery times, and more machine production.
Roundo will now have direct access to multiple Trumpf laser machines, Amada and Trumpf CNC press brakes, as well a high-speed plasma burning machine with 2.5-inch plate cutting capacity. This new equipment will enhance Roundo's in-house production capabilities, allow for quicker machine frame production, and share resources with a team of more than 250 people.
Furthermore, Roundo parts and service will see an immediate benefit with the expansion of a dedicated team for after-sales support, including prompter response times for custom tooling and accessories, increased access to CNC machining centers, and CAD computer design.
Roundo bending rolls from Sweden are distributed by Trilogy Machinery Inc, its exclusive North American agent. Trilogy personnel have more than 100 years of experience working with Roundo bending rolls, and are responsible for supporting and servicing almost 4,000 rolls currently in use throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
