Roll-Rite Corp changes shareholders, name

As of Oct 1, 2004, Roll-Rite Corp has formed a new partnership with Tim Searfoss, Copeley Capital, and Jane Grewe to become Roll-Rite LLC. This is for tax reasons only and does not indicate any changes in policies or procedures, just a change in shareholders. With this new structure, the company has the investment to continue to grow and offer new products.

Tim Searfoss remains in charge of design and innovation, Grewe is the contact for purchasing, Keith Searfoss and John Orr Jr are in engineering, and Cindy Cook is the advertising contact.
