“Full Access: Knowledge You Can Use” is the theme for the McLeod Software Users’ Conference October 21-23 at the Sheraton Birmingham Convention Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

The Keynote Speaker is American Trucking Associations chairman Shorty Whittington. Guest speakers include representatives from the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), as well as Lana Batts, George Edwards, and others.

Guest speaker topics include: Metrics that Matter in Trucking; Examining Your Business Processes; Benchmarking for Brokers; Expansion: Branch, Agents, or National Office?; TIA Watchdog Service; Blooming Legal Challenges in the Employment Arena; and Staying Profitable in a Buyer’s Market.
