The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) will join forces with the National Association of Service Managers (NASM) to co-host a customer support/customer service seminar Nov 9-12, 2003, at the Scottsdale Radisson in Scottsdale AZ. Entitled “Managing the Profit Circle,” the seminar is geared toward parts, service, training, warranty, and product managers.

The AEM/NASM Customer Support Seminar will focus on the many facets of customer support that affect the company's bottom line. It will also feature an optional full-day session focused on best practices in equipment training.
