North Dixie Truck and Trailer in Lima OH started as a maintenance shop for Calvin Roeder’s Roeder Cartage Company. The fleet has grown to an operation with 90 tractors, 155 tank trailers and 32 vans. Under the leadership of Roeder’s three daughters, North Dixie has expanded into a parts and service facility with multiple buildings and 36,000 square feet under roof and 16 service bays.
A staff of two inside salesmen works in partnership with two more outside.
Seats are one of the parts operation’s more popular products.
The central warehouse feeds the showroom, eight parts delivery vehicles, and three mobile service trucks.
Trailer suspensions are a major source of parts sale for North Dixie Truck and Trailer.
Custom U-bolts help the company supply customers who need parts for spring suspensions.
