MAC Trailer Enterprises Inc. has added the TipperMax, an aluminum drop center tipper trailer, to its diverse lineup of transfer trailers. MAC bills the new tipper trailer “a significant advancement in waste transportation.”
Featuring an innovative aluminum design with a lowered center floor, TipperMax is designed to enable the handling of higher waste capacities while maintaining standard ride height, setting it apart from drop deck tipper trailer designs. This advancement eliminates the need for low-profile suspensions and tires, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing payload, according to MAC.
Customers seeking a tipper transfer trailer now have a broader range of options, including standard tippers, drop deck tippers, and the high-capacity TipperMax. By offering standard ride height and tire sizing, this adaptation allows customers to streamline parts needs across their fleets of tippers and moving floors, facilitating serviceability and maintenance consistency, the company added.
"TipperMax fills a critical gap in our lineup, offering a tailored solution for landfill-based customers and other environments that may prove challenging for a standard drop deck design,” said Bill McKenzie, president of sales at MAC Trailer Enterprises. “This latest addition reflects MAC Trailer's ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and practical solutions that our customers are looking for.”
Available in various configurations, including a length range of 48 to 53 feet and tandem or multi-axle setups, TipperMax can be tailored for specific applications such as recyclables, woodchips, and municipal solid waste (MSW), while maintaining high-quality and cost-effective transportation solutions.
