Range Energy recently launched its Dealer Advisory Council, which brings together top commercial dealers across multiple OEMs, including Doggett Freightliner, North American Trailer, and Atlantic Great Dane, to accelerate Range’s commercialization objectives. The initial members of the Dealer Council all have experience in trailer sales and bringing new technologies to the market.
“The Dealer Council underscores our commitment to not only accelerate the electric transition, but also our interest in creating efficient, focused customer feedback loops that these dealers can provide,” said Ali Javidan, CEO and founder, Range Energy. “Fleet owners and operators rely on trusted dealers to help identify new technologies that make sense for their operations and help them overcome pain points, which is why our Dealer Council will drive adoption across those most ready to decarbonize their on-road operations.”

The Dealer Council represents an important group of stakeholders for Range as the company expands customer pilot operations and moves towards full-scale production in 2024. Like Range, dealers understand the pressure fleet owners and operators are under both in terms of meeting emissions reductions and ensuring they are making future-proof investments.
“Identifying and vetting new, promising technologies that can help customers is the most important role we serve as dealers in the commercial trucking industry,” said Paul Berk, executive vice president, Doggett Freightliner. “I’m looking forward to helping Range develop the pathway to getting their trailers into customer fleets.”
