Novae, a trailer manufacturer headquartered in Fort Wayne IN, recently acquired the assets of Integrity Trailers in Carbondale PA.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The Integrity team has built a nice business over the past seven years,” said Lyle Berning, corporate product manager for Novae. “The company provides a valued product, and the Pennsylvania manufacturing location provides a strategically important expansion of Novae’s geographical footprint.”
Integrity is a manufacturer of enclosed trailers, with a primary dealer concentration in the northeast region of the United States. Novae said it plans to retain the current Integrity employees and continue building enclosed trailers in the Carbondale facility.
Novae, founded in 1995, manufactures utility, dump, equipment and enclosed trailers under the Sure-Trac, H&H, CAM Superline and Trailerman brands from facilities in Indiana, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Missouri.
