Stoughton Trailers recently appointed two senior sales and marketing executives. Brian Kahl is the new vice-president of sales and marketing, and Ron Jake will serve with him as marketing manager. Kahl held various senior positions at Universal Acoustic & Emission Technologies, Cummins Inc, and Nelson Industries. Jake has worked at Universal Acoustic & Emission Technologies, Pentair, and Modine Manufacturing Co.
Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America Inc (MFTA) has announced that Brian Shantz, its current general manager, Canadian operations, has also been appointed the company’s new director, dealer network development and operations, effective immediately.
Ingo Lübs has been appointed head of the marketing department at Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH. With 12 years of industry experience, he previously directed the Public Affairs department and handled OEM interface management. Lübs succeeds Tobias Eichberg, who after many years with the company leaves at his own request.
Omaha Standard PALFINGER (OSP) announced that Mark Whaley has stepped down as the company’s president. He will continue his involvement with the PALFINGER North America Group (PNAG) moving forward. In a related move, Jason Holt, who serves as vice-president–operations, will report directly to Mark Woody, managing director of PNAG. OSP has appointed Brian Heffron national sales manager. Formerly product specialist–service cranes and mechanics trucks with OSP since 2012, Heffron has 13 years of industry experience.
Justin Wilson has joined Hercules Manufacturing Company as a parts sales and repairs representative. He was previously a sales consultant at AT&T and a technology specialist at Home Depot in Henderson KY. Bruce McKinnies has joined Hercules an administrative assistant focusing on warranties and accounting. He was an accountant with a Florida environmental construction company for more than seven years. Kameron Cantley has joined Hercules as a co-op/intern for the Production Department. Cantley is currently enrolled as a senior at Henderson County High School and plans to study engineering once he graduates.
Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) announced that Kary Schaefer has been appointed general manager, marketing & strategy, and she will be based in Portland OR. Schaefer, whose most recent position at DTNA was general manager of the Enhanced Platform program for vocational products, also will continue to manage that initiative.
J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers has has appointed Tim Davis regional sales manager responsible for supporting and developing J&J’s customer base and brand awareness in western Pennsylvania, west of Rochester NY, Ohio, and West Virginia. He previously served as safety coordinator for Somerset Welding & Steel.

Venco Venturo Industries LLC announced the promotion of Doug Nevels to parts/technical customer support. He has been a Venco Venturo employee for more than 20 years, starting as an assembler and working up to become overseer of the assembly of all Venco hoists and Venturo service cranes.
Eaton announced that Stephen Noble has been named vice-president, manufacturing, Vehicle Group. Noble most recently served as vice-president, operations, for Eaton’s Hydraulics business in Istanbul, Turkey.
Air-Weigh, provider of onboard weighing systems, has appointed Mike McCluskey as its Eastern Region dealer sales manager, and he will be based in North Port FL. With 39 years of transportation industry experience, McCluskey previously served in senior sales management roles at Kidron, Thermo King, and Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company.
Hiab has appointed Sebastian Poccard senior vice-president, sales and markets. With more than 20 years of international business experience, he joins Hiab from Husqvarna, where he most recently was vice-president–sales and marketing consumer brands for the EMEA and APAC regions.

Power Heavy Duty has named Mark Iasiello as the organization’s new general manager. During the past four years, he served as director of business development, national accounts for VIPAR Heavy Duty. Brett Upton, with his more than 20-year tenure and knowledge of Power Heavy Duty membership, will continue in his business development role with the organization. ♦
