Purkeys, a company that provides electrical solutions for heavy-duty vehicles, now is offering a three-year warranty on all its products.
The company previously only offered a two-year warranty.
“We realize that our customers want to buy products that keep them on the road,” said Justin Purkey, CEO of Purkeys. “They want products to work as expected so they can focus on moving freight. Most products in this field have one- or two-year warranties.
“Going to a three-year warranty sends the message that we are confident our products will help our customers.”
Purkeys provides products, resources and training in liftgate charging, inverters, pallet jack charging, solar charging, audio interrupters, dump trailer charging and more.
“The best warranty is one that you never use,” Purkey said. “We’ve watched our products in the field and have been very proud of the quality of work we put out and how our products perform in severe applications.
“We stand behind our products and think that increasing the warranty period tells our customers they can be confident our product will perform for them.”
Purkeys leadership says the warranty extension also is a measure of their belief in their products’ performance compared to industry norms.
“We prove we have the best products by backing them with a premium warranty, not on just one product, but on all we offer,” said Larry Rambeaux, sales manager at Purkeys.
