M&D recently joined VIPAR Heavy Duty, adding its 41 U.S. locations to the group’s network. Headquartered near Houston in Humble, Texas, M&D offers diesel engine solutions from “fan to flywheel.”
“Every day we wake up and we work toward the goal of pushing more diesel engine market share toward the independents,” said Justin Pasdach, M&D’s vice president of sales, marketing and national accounts. “I think becoming a VIPAR Heavy Duty stockholder will significantly strengthen that mission. The stronger we can work together, the stronger the aftermarket.”

M&D has worked to expand their location network throughout the U.S. over the past 80 years, while also refining and growing the products and services they offer.
“We’ve quadrupled revenue during the last eight years, largely driven by new locations and broadening our portfolio of the products and services we offer,” Pasdach said. “When it makes strategic sense, we’ll continue to grow through acquisition while adding new capabilities.”
