With the addition of new CNC machining equipment as well as three-dimensional design workstations, USA Harness is bringing a new level of precision to its metalworking processes. To date, several of its standard and specialized tooling dies have been duplicated. This provides flexibility in producing orders and provides back-up in case of die damage. The CNC equipment has saved many man-hours that have been used in more productive endeavors.

The Winnsboro TX-based company also has completed a 40,000-square-foot expansion of its South Plant (100 Park Street). This additional space will be used for expanded warehouse capability, as well as production process work centers.
