William Mark "Bill" Hoover, one of the founders of Wabash National Corp, died Jan 5, 2006. He was 63. Hoover began his semitrailer manufacturing industry career part-time in 1959 at Monon Trailer, later becoming the firm's vice-president of sales/marketing. In April 1985, he helped establish Wabash National and served as vice-president of sales/marketing until his 1994 retirement.

Warren Harding, regional sales manager for Tulsa OK-based Auto Crane Co, died Dec 8, 2005, in Omaha NE. He was the fourth generation of the family-owned Giant Mfg Co, a manufacturer of stock and grain bodies, and later owned and operated Great Plains Truck Equipment.
