ZF Sachs to supply shocks to Holland Group

Jun 1, 2006 12:00 PM

ZF Sachs, a supplier of driveline and chassis technology, is now the sole supplier of heavy-duty shocks to The Holland Group's truck and bus suspension systems.

After testing under severe conditions in China and Mexico in 2005, The Holland Group began converting all of its truck and bus suspension systems to ZF Sachs shocks and expects the process to be completed within the next six months.

Jim King, sales manager-heavy-duty suspension at ZF Sachs, said the firm works toward a goal of a 300,000-mile lifespan for every shock and works with OE customers to establish tight tolerance levels of performance and safety.
