Loading Automation Inc acquires AHS from Morgan

Loading Automation Inc of Wilmington NC has acquired Advanced Handling Systems Inc (AHS), a materials handling and systems integration firm based in Morgantown PA, from Morgan Corp. As part of the sale, Loading Automation assumes all assets, inventory, trademarks, patents, names pertaining to AHS, and responsibility for aftermarket parts and warranty. AHS products will still be available through Morgan Corp since Morgan will become a national distributor for Loading Automation systems.
Established in 1985, AHS delivers materials handling systems for clients throughout the United States.
Loading Automation specializes in turn-key Automated Trailer Loading and Logistics Systems (ATLS).
