Liftmoore opens new plant in Houston

Liftmoore Inc, which celebrated its 45th anniversary in business in 2006, has opened a new plant in northwest Houston TX. Located on 4.1 acres, the facility's address is 7810 Pinemont Drive, Houston TX 77040.
The crane manufacturer was founded in 1961 by a group headed by Dan Moore, with the intention of producing electric cranes for 12-volt DC applications. Herb Koenig Jr purchased the business in 1983.
Liftmoore currently manufactures electric and hydraulic truck-mounted cranes with moment ratings up to 72,000 ft-lb and maximum lifting capacities from 1,500 to 10,000 pounds. The firm also makes outriggers, jackstands, and other accessories. It has distributors in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
