Hadley Acquires Transmatic Lighting Assets

Hadley Products Corp has purchased the assets of the Transmatic Lighting division of Trans Industries.
The former Transmatic plant in Waterford MI will continue its current operations under the new ownership. This facility manufactures lighting products that equip the interior envelope of a transit vehicle including strip lighting, interior panels, cove lighting systems, parcel racks, and custom lighting components and systems.
