Tommy Gate Begins Production on Cantilever Series

After two years of development, production will begin on the new Tommy Gate Cantilever Series, a hydraulic lift designed specifically for commercial panel vans, including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Nissan NV, and the Chevy Express.
Tommy Gate said the lift features:
- Bolt-on installation that eliminates welding
- Large aluminum platform that is corrosion-resistant and pallet-jack compatible
- Lift controls strategically placed to ensure operator safety.
Additional features include a laterally-folding platform that allows access to the rear of the vehicle when not in use as well as standard cart stops and internal bridge mounts to make the lift “cart-friendly.”
The unit will be produced at Tommy Gate’s Woodbine, IA, manufacturing plant.
