Timbren Industries Inc., a manufacturer of suspension-enhancement systems for trucks and light-duty suspensions for trailers, has accquired the assets of Suspension Technology Ind. (STI) based in Canton, Ohio.

"Adding STI air suspensions to our product mix was a natural since our focus in the trailer industry continues to be on providing premium trailer manufacturers with the best cargo protection available,” said Timbren President, Neil Hodgson.

Although best known for its SES products for trucks, the Timbren suspension lines boasts the Silent Ride rubber suspensions for trailers and recently introduced a group of axle-less trailer suspensions for off-road use.
