Parker Chelsea, the power transfer systems provider to the work truck market, makes PTO and dump pump installation on Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions both simpler and more cost-effective. Through the combined efforts of Chelsea and Commercial comes a PTO and dump pump system that gives the user clearance underneath the truck when using an Allison automatic transmission. The combination of a higher-speed PTO and smaller-displacement pump provide clearance and a cost-effective system to overcome installation problems
