Palfinger acquires MBB Liftsystems, Interlift

On Dec. 7, 2007, Palfinger acquired MBB Liftsystems AG and its subsidiary Interlift Inc., one of the top three players in the global market for tail lifts.
MBB Interlift offers quality engineered and manufactured tail lifts from Germany through a network of distributors in more than 40 countries.
