Flash Tarp System features improvements

Donovan Enterprises introduces the new, improved Flash Tarp System featuring galvanized steel “clamshell” spring enclosures on the lower arms (patent pending). The Flash system already offers a strong aluminum tarper arm; now it also includes a strong pivot assembly/spring enclosure.
