Austin Hardware acquires JPC Specialties

Jun 1, 2007 12:00 PM

Austin Hardware and Supply Inc has acquired JPC Specialties, a supplier of standard and specialty fasteners based in Philadelphia PA. The acquired firm will continue operations from its Philadelphia location under the name JPC Fasteners, an Austin Hardware Company. The transition will bring no disruption of service to customers.

Mark Dudenhoeffer, president of Austin Hardware says, “Fasteners are a natural extension of our product line, and we were providing them on a limited basis prior to the acquisition. JPC makes us a complete fastener resource, to go along with being a complete hardware resource.”

In business since 1960, Austin Hardware has full stocking locations in California, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
