Walker Group acquires Brenner Tank

Walker Group Holdings LLC of New Lisbon WI has agreed in principle to purchase Brenner Tank LLC of Fond du Lac WI from Peterson Industries LLC.
Brenner will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Walker Group Holdings, will continue to operate as Brenner Tank LLC, and will continue to market its products under the Brenner name, according to John Cannon, vice-president-sales and marketing.
Brenner is a North American manufacturer of stainless steel and aluminum tank trailers for the transportation of food, chemical, environmental, and petroleum products. In addition to its headquarters and main manufacturing plant in Fond du Lac, Brenner has parts and repair facilities in Mauston WI, Houston TX, Memphis TN, Ashland KY, and Gonzalez LA.
