Supreme, Ford produce bakery route truck

Oct 1, 2004 12:00 PM

Supreme Corp is collaborating with Ford to produce the low-cab forward (LCF), bakery-specific truck displayed at the International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE) in Las Vegas NV recently. The Supreme body can be custom-built on the chassis with the options a bakery route demands.

The IBIE show truck featured a Ford LCF chassis with a Supreme 14-foot aluminum body with a Step Saver side door, full-width roll-up rear door, recessed E-Track, aluminum slider ramp, quick-access Grip Strut rear bumper, and full interior plywood lining. The body was enhanced by Supreme's appearance package.

The Ford LCF chassis will be available for sale later in 2004 at Ford Commercial Truck dealers, with first deliveries in early 2005. For more details, contact Supreme, 16500 CR 38, PO Box 463,Goshen IN 46527.
