Stellar employees certified to inspect cranes

Three of Stellar Industries Inc's employees have achieved certification in Mobile Crane Inspection & Certification through the Crane Institute of America Inc. David Schwichtenberg, customer service manager; Jeramy Voortmann, design engineer; and Tom Kofron, inspector, are now certified to perform in-house crane inspections, which include the OSHA-required monthly and annual inspections as well as ASME periodic inspections.
The three completed the Crane Institute of American Mobile Crane Inspector training program held Feb 8-11, 2005 in Eagan MN. Certification included classroom attendance, passing a written examination, and three years' experience working in a capacity of operation, maintenance, repair, inspection, safety, or supervision with telescoping and/or lattice boom cranes.
