Seagrave Fire Apparatus building new plant

Jun 1, 2004 12:00 PM

Seagrave Fire Apparatus plans to build an additional plant at its headquarters in Clintonville WI. When complete in late 2004, the plant will add more than 130,000 square feet to its manufacturing capacity, as well as free up existing plant space for production of Seagrave and FWD chassis production.

The announcement was made at Seagrave with Wisconsin Gov Jim Doyle, local community leaders, fire departments, and Seagrave employees in attendance.

Built on Seagrave's current site, the new plant will house the assembly of fire apparatus bodies, aerial ladder and Aerialscope assembly, a new paint center, customer delivery center, inspection center, and sales and marketing offices.
