RKI, Hilti team up to establish co-marketing program

RKI Inc, formerly known as Rawson-Koenig Inc, and Hilti Inc have created a co-marketing program for the two companies. RKI manufactures truck equipment including service bodies, tool-boxes, winches, and truck-mounted cranes. Hilti manufactures and sells tools and fastening systems for the construction and building industries.
As part of this program, Oct 14, 2003, was Hilti National Contractor Day at Hilti Pro Shops in participating Home Depot stores in the United States and Canada. A national sweepstakes was held Oct 14-19 offering 10 first prizes of an RKI aluminum truck box, or a grand prize of an RKI truck box filled with Hilti tools and valued at $2,000.
RKI hired the Brandsoup Agency to reposition its brand with distributor channels, independent contractors, and truck manufacturers and dealers.
