Oshkosh Truck acquires London Machinery

Oshkosh Truck Corp, an Oshkosh WI-based manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, has acquired London Machinery Inc, a privately owned manufacturer of concrete mixers based in London, Ontario, Canada.

London Machinery will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
