Mechanics Trucks Inc ready to be of service

Just entering the service truck market is a new company called Mechanics Trucks Inc. Based in Salem SD, this company brings more than 50 years of marketing and manufacturing experience to the market. The company builds three basic models that will fit any truck with a 84" CA from 15,000 to 33,000 pounds GVW. Tandem-axle units will also be custom-built.
All units will be built with 10-gauge compartments and 10-gauge reinforced single-panel doors. Equipment will include stainless steel D-handles all keyed alike and special stainless steel hinges. The customer can furnish his own truck or furnish the specifications, and Mechanics Trucks will furnish everything from bumper to bumper.
More than 12 different cranes will be offered, up to the 12,000-lb model that will extend to 27' hydraulically. All crane side outriggers will be four-way, hydraulic out/in and up/down.
