McNeilus forms partnership with RS Solutions

McNeilus, a manufacturer of ready mix concrete trucks, has formed a strategic relationship with RS Solutions LLC to assist in marketing, development, and support of the ReadySlump control system.
Using patented technology, ReadySlump is a truck-mounted process control system that can measure the slump of concrete while it is in the mixer. ReadySlump will adjust the amount of water in the load so the load arrives on site at the proper slump without driver intervention. All water additions are documented, giving the ready mix producer a transaction log for each delivery. Producers implementing ReadySlump can experience improvements in their delivered product standard deviations and overall quality assurance, as well as expected savings in material costs, overall trip time, and undocumented water additions.
