KIdron, Hackney emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Less than 60 days after its initial filing for bankruptcy protection, Transportation Technologies Inc, parent company of Kidron, Hackney Brothers, and Hackney and Sons, emerged from reorganization under Chapter 11 of the US bankruptcy code.Restructuring became final on February 4, 2002.
The reorganized company is owned by management and a group of institutional investors. All operations remain intact and continue in business-as-usual.
