Heil schedules technical training courses

Heil Environmental Industries Ltd has announced its 2004 technical training schedule:

  • March 23-26 — Python automated arm

  • April 6-8 — Formula 5000/PowerTrak Commercial rear loaders

  • May 4-7 — Front loaders

  • June 15-16 — PLC-Electronic controls

  • July 27-30 — MultiPack refuse collection vehicle

  • Aug 10-13 — Front loaders

  • Aug 24-27 — Rapid Rail automated side loader/STARR System

  • Sept 14-16 — Formula 4000/PT 1000 rear loaders

  • Oct 5-8 — Python automated arm

  • Oct 19-22 — Rapid Rail automated side loader/STARR System

  • Nov 30-Dec 3 — Rapid Rail automated side loader/STARR System

  • Dec 14-17 — Python automated arm

Most classes are held in the Joseph F Heil Jr Institute of Technology, next to Heil's manufacturing facility in Fort Payne AL. The March 23-26 and Oct 19-22 courses will also be held in Phoenix AZ.

Rear loader classes are three days long; all other courses except PLC run for 3½ days. The full fee for any course is $200, including training aids, lunch each day, and a certificate of course completion. Students are responsible for travel, lodging and meals.
