Utilimaster Corp announces Greubel to join board

Utilimaster Corporation has announced that Bill Greubel has joined its board of directors. Greubel is a director and Chief Executive Officer of Wabash National Corporation.
Prior to joining Wabash National, Greubel was a director and Chief Executive Officer of Accuride Corporation, a manufacturer of wheels for trucks and trailers.
“We are very excited to have a leader with Bill’s operating experience and industry knowledge join our team,” said Lawrence P. Doyle, president and CEO of Utilimaster. “Bill will be a significant asset to our board and we look forward to working closely with him.”
