Feb 27, 2004 12:00 PM

The NTEA membership has elected two new Distributor Trustees whose terms begin Tuesday at the 40th Annual NTEA Convention in Baltimore, MD.

The following members were elected to the open Trustee positions: -- Charles Kimmel, president of Allied Truck Equipment (Grand Rapids, MI).

-- J. Scott Rainey, executive vice president of Fallsway Equipment Co., Inc. (Akron, OH).

The NTEA is governed by its Association Bylaws under the leadership of a member-elected Board of Trustees. The Board is composed of eight distributor and four manufacturer representatives, four of whom serve as officers on the Executive Committee. Trustee candidates are nominated by the general membership for three-year terms. A Board-appointed executive director oversees the day-to-day administration of NTEA activities.
