FCCC provides training for walk-in van dealers

Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp recently conducted a special training opportunity for its walk-in van salespeople. The 2½-day program, which took place Sept 27-29, 2004, in Spartanburg SC, covered in-depth product information on FCCC's MT-45 SR and MT-55 chassis. FCCC collaborated with body builders Morgan Olson and Utilimaster to bring their expertise to this program, helping participants understand the benefits of the MT-45 SR and MT-55 and how to explain them to their customers. The program also included market segment training, product walk-arounds, and a tour of FCCC's Gaffney SC plant.
